Alki Apartments is a six-unit luxury apartment development overlooking Alki Beach in Seattle. Created through a collaboration between Hybrid Architecture, Citizen Design, Valor, and the clients, the project was designed to deliver upscale coastal living in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
The building’s butterfly roof draws inspiration from the surrounding architecture, while large windows and spacious decks maximize natural light and waterfront views. Each residence was customized with distinctive features such as fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private outdoor spaces to create a unique living experience for residents.
