Casa Ander was designed to balance expansive Seattle views with a strong sense of privacy. The homeowners wanted a residence that captured the surrounding scenery while remaining sheltered from neighboring properties and the street.
By combining a refined mix of metal and wood materials, the project achieves clean architectural proportions and a bold modern façade that makes a strong first impression while maximizing an efficient space for living.
